How it works
From intake to live data in four steps
You don't need to prepare anything. We bring the hardware and do the connecting.
Intake call
Half an hour. We pick the asset together and agree on the outcome you want, e.g. OEE, downtime, microstops, machine status, etc.
On-site digitalisation audit
We visit your factory before we connect anything. We walk the floor, get to know your business and production process, and sharpen the outcome you want the pilot to deliver. You get the findings as a digitalisation blueprint.
We connect your asset
Our engineers install an edge device on site. It reads along with your PLC or sensors, read-only. Production keeps running.
Your pilot goes live
Live data starts flowing and we monitor the outcomes with you: dashboards, alerts and the insight you chose. We review the findings together, and then you decide whether and how to continue.

Why is this free?
Because it's the best demo we can give. A working dashboard on your own machine says more than any slide deck, and if MeshOS proves its value, we'd like to grow with you from there.
Is it safe? Will our IT team approve?
MeshOS is read-only towards machines: it reads data but never controls anything. Connections are encrypted and your IT team can review exactly what gets connected and how, before anything is installed.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. If you want to continue, we expand module by module. The data layer is already there. If not, we disconnect the device and you keep the insights. No obligations.
Which machines and PLCs does this work with?
MeshOS works with the machines you already have, including older ones. We connect to common PLC brands and can also work with sensors, ERP and MES systems. Not sure about yours? Mention it in the form and we'll check.
